Galvalume Metal Roof Board<\/span><\/a> coating is composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon (by weight), which forms a multi-layer anti-corrosion barrier through a hot-dip process. Aluminum provides weather resistance, zinc sacrificial anode protects the steel base, and silicon enhances bonding strength, making its corrosion resistance 6-9 times higher than that of ordinary galvanized steel, and its service life can reach more than 50 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
