Product Introduce
The production of galvanized metal roofing board is divided into two steps. Firstly, carbon steel is immersed in molten zinc to form a zinc protective layer (hot-dip galvanizing process). The thickness of the zinc layer directly affects the corrosion resistance. Then, the galvanized sheet is pressed into customized tile shapes using a tile press. The common coating grade is G90 (zinc layer weight is about 275g/m ²), which can effectively extend the service life. Compared to Galvalume materials, galvanized sheet has a thicker zinc layer and higher surface glossiness, better resistance to animal urine corrosion, and is suitable for livestock construction, etc.
