The RAL9003 PPGI steel coil substrate is made of galvanized steel sheet (GI), with common materials including DX51D, SGCC, etc. (carbon content ≤ 0.15%, yield strength ≥ 180MPa). The surface is coated with RAL 9003 (pure white) polymer coating, which can be selected from PE (polyester), SMP (silicon modified polyester), PVDF (fluorocarbon) and other types, in compliance with international standards such as JIS G3302 and ASTM A653. The weight range of the zinc layer is 20-275g/m ² (commonly Z160 grade, with a double-sided total of 160g/m ²). RAL9003 PPGI steel coil is centered around “galvanized substrate+pure white coating”, balancing anti-corrosion, aesthetics, and cost.

Z275 galvanized sheet is a corrosion-resistant steel material that forms a zinc layer on the surface of a low-carbon steel substrate through hot-dip galvanizing process. Z “represents hot-dip galvanizing, and” 275 “indicates that the total weight of the double-sided zinc layer is 275g/m ² (approximately 137.5g/m ² on one side), which belongs to the high anti-corrosion level. Compliant with international standards such as JIS G3302 and ASTM A653.
