Product Introduce

Tin plated coil is a corrosion-resistant steel with a pure tin layer (Sn ≥ 99.8%) formed on the surface of low-carbon steel coil (carbon content ≤ 0.13%) through electroplating or hot-dip coating process. Its core features include:

1.Substrate material: Cold rolled low carbon steel (grades such as MR, L, SPCC), with a thickness range of 0.12-0.60mm.

2.Tin plating layer:

Electroplated Tin: Tin layer precision (1.1-11.2g/m ²), tolerance ± 0.1g/m ², suitable for high-precision printing.
Hot dip tin plating: The tin layer is relatively thick (11.2-44.8g/m ²), with low cost but poor uniformity.

3.Form: Delivered in roll form (inner diameter 508mm/610mm), width 600-1250mm customizable
