PPGI coil is also known as pre-painted steel, coil-coated steel and color-coated steel, which stands for pre-painted galvanized iron. PPGI coils are steel products that are painted with color on the basis of galvanized coils. PPGI is made by painting the galvanized iron before forming because it significantly reduces the corrosion rate of zinc. This anti-corrosion system makes PPGI ideal for structures designed for long-term use in corrosive environments.
