TPO laminated sandwich panel is a composite building enclosure panel in which TPO waterproof membrane (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) is directly applied to the surface of a metal faced sandwich panel.

On the basis of traditional metal sandwich panels such as PU board, PIR board, and rock wool board, it adds the outermost TPO waterproof film layer, achieving the integration of the waterproof layer and the insulation layer.

TPO film is usually firmly bonded to steel plates through hot melt composite technology or bonding process, without delamination.

Superior waterproof performance

• The top TPO film is made of thermoplastic material and can be seamlessly connected through hot air welding, completely eliminating the risk of leakage.
• The waterproof layer is integrated with the board to reduce the construction process.

Quick construction

• Prefabrication in the board factory and on-site hoisting can complete waterproofing and insulation.
• No need for additional installation of waterproofing membranes or on-site welding of base layers.

Energy saving insulation

• Using polyurethane (PU) or polyisocyanurate (PIR) core materials, the thermal conductivity is as low as 0.022 W/(m · K), and the energy-saving effect is significant.
• High density rock wool (density ≥ 120kg/m ³), Class A fire protection (GB 8624-2012), thermal conductivity ≤ 0.040W/(m · K), combined with TPO surface layer thermal reflectivity (≥ 85%), can reduce roof temperature by 10-15 ℃ in summer, and save more than 30% energy for air conditioning.

Long weather resistance life

• TPO membrane has the characteristics of * * -45 ℃ low-temperature bending without fracture * * (ASTM D746) and wind peel strength ≥ 10kPa (UL 580 Class 150), which can resist extreme weather such as typhoons and blizzards.
• TPO waterproof membrane is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, ozone, and chemical corrosion, with a service life of up to 25-30 years.

Environmentally friendly and pollution-free

• TPO membrane does not contain chlorides or plasticizers, meets green building material standards, and can be recycled and reused.

Strong system integrity

• It can be combined with roof lighting strips, gutter systems, pressure strips, and flashing nodes to form a complete waterproof system.
