Galvanized aluminum magnesium steel coil () is a new type of alloy coated steel coil that adds aluminum (Al) and magnesium (Mg) elements on the basis of hot-dip galvanizing. Based on zinc (Zn), aluminum (Al 1.5% -11%), magnesium (Mg 0.2% -3%) and trace silicon (Si) are added to form a ternary eutectic structure coating, which has extremely high corrosion resistance (strong edge protection ability) and can form a dense protective layer.

ZAM steel coil corrosion resistance is several times or even ten times that of ordinary galvanized sheet. It is an environmentally friendly product that can be used to replace stainless steel or traditional galvanized sheet, and is widely used in fields such as building enclosure, automotive parts, household appliances, etc.

Corrosion resistance: The comprehensive anti-corrosion ability is 5-15 times that of galvanized steel plate, and the self repairing function is activated by magnesium element at the incision, forming a magnesium hydroxide protective film.

Hardness and wear resistance: The surface hardness is more than twice that of ordinary galvanized steel plate, and it has strong scratch resistance.

Processing performance: low friction coefficient, difficult to peel off during stamping and bending, and less welding spatter.

Environmental friendliness: Compliant with EU RoHS standards, free of chromium heavy metals.

Economy: The coating density is low (the unfolded area is 3% larger than galvanized sheet), the service life is over 30 years, and it can replace stainless steel.
