Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP)， Also known as aluminum composite material (ACM), it is a new type of building decoration material composed of two layers of aluminum panels and a central core material. In the international market, ACP is more inclined towards ordinary PE aluminum-plastic panels, while ACM is more inclined towards building grade and fire-resistant products.

Its basic structure:

Surface layer: coated aluminum plate (PVDF, PE, etc.)

Core layer: Polyethylene (PE) or flame-retardant mineral core material (FR)

Bottom layer: aluminum plate

Back: Anti corrosion coating

Lightweight: Compared to pure aluminum or steel plates, it has lower density, easier installation, and reduces building loads.

High flatness: Using continuous composite technology, the surface is flat and not easily deformed, suitable for large-area curtain walls.

Excellent processing performance: capable of cutting, bending, slotting, drilling, carving, CNC machining.

Strong weather resistance: High end ACM typically uses PVDF fluorocarbon coating, which has UV resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, and is not easily faded. The outdoor service life can usually reach 10-20 years.

Rich colors: supports RAL color cards, wood grain, stone grain, brushed, mirror, metallic colors, etc.
