The production process of Z150 hot-rolled galvanized coil includes raw material preparation, hot rolling, cold rolling (if necessary), annealing, galvanizing and subsequent treatment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The raw materials are heated to the appropriate temperature and hot rolled into the required specifications, and then cold rolled to improve the finish. After that, the steel plate is stress-relieved in the annealing furnace to improve performance. Then comes the key step – galvanizing, which uses hot-dip galvanizing to evenly cover the surface of the steel plate with a zinc layer to prevent corrosion. After galvanizing, the steel plate is cooled, solidified, flattened and straightened, and finally cut and packaged. Throughout the process, strict quality control ensures that the parameters of each step meet the standards and the final product meets the Z150 standard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
