The camouflage printing color coated roll adopts gravure printing as the mainstream technology. The camouflage pattern is laser engraved on the steel roller, and the ink is accurately transferred to the surface of the substrate. The substrate is hot-dip galvanized or aluminum zinc coated. After surface pretreatment, a layer of liquid coating is applied or chopped on the surface of the pre treated steel plate by roller coating method, and then baked and cooled.

The coatings used for color coated steel include ordinary polyester, silicon modified polyester, high weather resistant polyester, polyvinylidene chloride, epoxy, high corrosion resistant coatings, and other coatings. Color coated steel produced with high-quality coatings has strong durability, corrosion resistance, and formability.
