Color Coated Galvanized Steel Coil, abbreviated as PPGI, is a composite material made of galvanized steel sheet as the substrate and coated with organic coating on the surface, which has anti-corrosion, decorative and processing properties.
Substrate type:
Hot dip galvanized substrate: a zinc layer is formed through hot-dip galvanizing process, with a zinc content usually ranging from 180-275g/m ². It has strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for construction and industrial fields
Electroplated galvanized substrate: The zinc layer is relatively thin, suitable for household appliances and precision components
Hot dip aluminum zinc substrate (55% aluminum zinc alloy): better high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, suitable for harsh environments
