The Lebanese customer purchased 2000 tons of HDP print PPGL steel coils, including two colors, RAL5015 and RAL9003. When our factory was about to complete the production of this batch of products, the customer asked SGS inspection agency to come to our factory for sampling SGS inspection, and the test results fully met the customer’s requirements.

After arriving at the Wanzhi factory, SGS first retrieved the original ISO 9001 and GCC certifications to confirm the customs compliance documents for exporting to Lebanon. Secondly, sample and inspect the products on the production line and those that have already been packaged. Conduct thickness inspection of 0.5mm and 0.8mm, surface smoothness inspection, AZ80 thickness inspection of aluminum zinc coating, color coating thickness inspection, color coating adhesion inspection, and salt spray test on the product separately.
