65Tons AZ120 Aluzinc Steel Sheet to Indonesia

Aluzinc (55% Al, 43.4% Zn, 1.6% Si) resists corrosion roughly 2 to 4 times longer than an equal-thickness GI sheet and holds up better under UV, which is exactly why AZ120 is a common spec for roofs and wall panels in the region.
• Compliance matters. Indonesia runs a mandatory SNI certification scheme and has applied anti-dumping duties on imported galvalume of up to 37%. Buyers need a supplier who can produce test reports and documentation that clear customs, not just a low quote.

That combination (a growing construction market, heavy import reliance, a corrosive climate, and strict certification) is why aluzinc sheet keeps showing up in Indonesian bills of materials.

1219 mm width. That is exactly 4 feet, the legacy imperial coil width that became a global default because so much downstream equipment was built around it. Most Indonesian roll-forming lines, panel presses, and fabrication shops are set up for 1219 mm, so the buyer avoids on-site slitting.

1.5 mm and 2.0 mm thickness. These are mid-gauge structural sheets. At 1.5 mm they suit wall panels, ducting, and appliance or electrical enclosures. At 2.0 mm they handle heavier roofing profiles, structural cladding, and load-bearing components. Both thicknesses sit inside Wanzhi’s standard GL sheet range (0.15 to 6.0 mm).

Cut-to-length 1630 / 1700 / 2438 mm. These are panel and module dimensions, not random cuts. 2438 mm is 8 feet, a common structural and cladding module. Receiving steel already cut to size saves the buyer labor and scrap at the fabrication shop.

AZ120 coating. AZ120 means a total double-side aluminum-zinc coating weight of 120 g/m². It is the mid-high tier of the AZ scale (AZ30 to AZ150), rated for high-humidity and coastal environments with a salt-spray life of 2000 to 2500 hours before red rust. For an Indonesian buyer, that is the difference between a roof that needs replacing in a decade and one that runs past twenty years.

Standards and substrate. Aluzinc sheet in this range is supplied to JIS G3321, in grade DX51D+AZ (commercial). Exact grade and zinc-coating certificate follow the mill test report for this specific batch.
