The production process of galvanized steel coil mainly adopts continuous molten coating process, which is similar to the process of galvanized steel coil and aluminum coil, but the melting tank is different. The temperature of the aluminum melting tank is about 700℃, while the temperature of the zinc melting tank is only 450℃.

Corrosion resistance: Alu-zinc steel has superior corrosion resistance, and its comprehensive anti-corrosion ability is 4 times that of galvanized steel of the same thickness. When zinc is worn, aluminum forms a dense layer of aluminum oxide to prevent corrosive substances from further corroding the interior.

Heat resistance: It can withstand high temperatures and is suitable for high temperature environments. It can withstand temperatures of more than 300 degrees Celsius.

Heat reflectivity: The heat reflectivity is very high, twice that of galvanized steel sheets. The surface can reflect a large amount of heat and light, which helps to save energy and is often used as a heat insulation material.

Processing performance: It has good processing performance and can be stamped, sheared, welded and other operations. The coating has good adhesion to the paint film and is easy to spray.

Economic efficiency: Under the same weight and the same coating thickness, the area of ​​​​alu-zinc steel is more than 3% larger than that of galvanized steel because the density of galvanized steel is lower than that of zinc.
