18/0 acero inoxidable, also known as AISI 430, is a stainless steel with an 18% chromium content and no nickel. It is a ferritic stainless steel, which means it has a body-centered cubic (BCC) crystal structure. The absence of nickel makes it more cost-effective than other stainless steel grades such as 304 (18/8, 18/10) or 316, but also offers slightly reduced corrosion resistance.

Kitchenware and tableware: knife and fork handles, pot outer layer (surface polishing required).

Home appliance parts: control panel button frame nameplate (brushed surface treatment).
